Palomerahaus

The Palomera house is located in a quiet area of Valle Gran Rey called Borbalán, at only 5 minutes walking distance from the sea and even closer to the post office, the supermarket and the pharmacy.     

This vacation house is ideal for a large family or for a group of friends, since it has three small apartments suitable to accomodate 6 adults and up to 4 children. Each of the three apartments has its own bathroom and kitchen and, as seen in the photographs, their independent entrance doors lead to a huge terrace partly covered by a large roof. This terrace extends towards an open sunny terrace surrounded by a garden, and there is also an additional large terrace on the house’s top to enjoy further the Sun. The house has all utilities needed for enjoying your vacations, including WIFI and TVs with satellite channels.

The washing machine of the house is located in an independent room that can be accesed from the lower terrace. Moreover, the house has a barbecue and a private entrance with place for parking a large car. Given that each of the apartments of the Palomera house is fully equipped and they are well separated from each other, with sufficient terrace place in front of each one, apartments 1, 2 and 3 can also be rented independently.
